Over the past 10 years, I have been working in the IT industry. I have myself worked as an application support specialist, implementation manager, pre-sales, project manager and regional sales manager. The experiences allowed me to have comprehensive understanding on the IT industry and how to move up the career ladder in different roles. I have also worked in Robert Half and the experience is valuable and pleasant which makes me think that I belong to this industry. I have also worked as a Recruiting Manager in Robert Half and the experiences allowed me to gain precious experiences on how traditional recruitment firm works.
Earlier in 2017, Alvin and I had a conversation about how we want to provide more innovative recruitment services in the market that was seen to be most difficult to find talents – IT, Data and Digital Marketing recruitment space.
